One the biggest malls on the island is the Discover Shopping Mall. The mall is filled with shops, including a great many clothing stores that include popular international and Balinese brands from Quiksilver and Billabong to Popo and DC Shoes. The mall is three stories tall and includes several restaurants. The mall even has its own amphitheater for shows, located right out on Kuta Beach. The mall is on Jalan Kartika Plaza and is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with hours extended to 10:30 on Friday and Saturday.
Rama Krishna has a huge selection of items available to help visitors who have forgotten to pack anything – or forgotten to get gifts for friends. With plenty of souvenirs and other items suitable for gifts, this store is fun to browse as well as quite useful. Here you will find lots of T-shirts, keychains, and the like as well as purses, household goods, swimsuits, and much more. Rama Krisna is located on Jalan Rayan Tuban and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Kuta Art Market
The Kuta Art Market is one of the best places to pick up some mementos or buy souvenirs for friends back home. Designed like a marketplace, Kuta Art Market consists of many shops and stalls that sell artwork, handicrafts, and curios as well as traditional souvenirs items like key chains and T-shirts. Lippo Mall, one of several malls in Kuta, is right outside the airport and has dozens upon dozens of stores. A great many are clothing stores, featuring some of the most stylish and popular brands from around the world. The Hypermart Department Store is an important asset to anyone staying in Kuta. Here groceries and many household goods are sold alongside souvenirs and art. Visitors can also dine at one of the many restaurants located downstairs, where musical performances take place for the mall patrons.
